Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online store [Mindspire.shop].Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
Contract Conclusion
By completing the ordering process and confirming the purchase, a binding contract is established between the customer and the provider. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
All digital products remain subject to our copyright and usage rights until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital product for personal use only.
Delivery and Download
All our products are offered exclusively in digital format. After successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. This link will be available immediately after payment and may be time-limited for security reasons. The download link is valid for at least 72 hours. If the link expires or cannot be accessed, you may request a new one by contacting us. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in the respective currency based on the customer's location.
As a small business based in Switzerland, we are currently not registered for VAT in Switzerland or the EU. Therefore, our prices do not include VAT, and no VAT will be added at checkout. All prices are final.
Payment is made using the payment methods specified during the ordering process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time for future transactions.
Right of Withdrawal
According to applicable Swiss and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is made available immediately after purchase and is not delivered on a physical data carrier. By purchasing a digital product on our website, you expressly agree that:

- You waive your right of withdrawal.
